<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker which enables a user to easily understand a caution and an alarm for using the cooker safely. <P>SOLUTION: A heating cooker in which a plurality of heating object placing parts 11, 12, 13 are arranged at locations on a front side and a rear side of a top plate 2 such that the location on the front side and the location on the rear side are displaced from each other in a horizontal direction and a simplified caution indication part 8 indicating important precaution statements is arranged in a region anterior to a horizontal virtual line extending to right and left through the centers of the heating object placing parts 11, 12 on the front sid except all the heating object placing parts 11, 12, 13 arranged on the top plate 2 and except a region posterior to each of the heating object placing parts 11, 12, 13, or in a region anterior to a periphery of the heating object placing part 13 on the rear side corresponding to a location where there is no heating object placing part on the front side.
