VEHICULAR SEAT CONTROL DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To forward recline and return rear seats without interfering front seats.

SOLUTION: A vehicle comprising three-row seats includes: a front seat control device 20 that can detect and control forward/backward positions and reclining angles of front seats 100; and a rear seat control device 30 for controlling forward/backward positions and reclining angles of rear seats 110. The rear seat control device 30 includes: an operation means 31 for operating forward reclining and returning of the rear seats 110; a discrimination means 32 which communicates with the front seat control device 10 to discriminate whether the rear seats 110 can be reclined forward and returned; a headrest control means 33 for detecting and controlling vertical height positions of headrests H of the rear seats 110; a reclining mechanism 34 which is controlled by the discrimination means 32 and the headrest control means 33 and performs forward reclining and returning of the rear seats 110; and an door opening detection means 35 which communicates with the discrimination means 32 when opening rear doors corresponding to the rear seats 110.
