COLD-ROLLED STEEL SHEET FOR VEHICLE OUTER SKIN, AND VEHICLE-OUTER-SKIN PANEL COMPONENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold-rolled steel sheet for a vehicle outer skin which can be applied not only to a tailored blank material having a difference in board thickness and a board-thickness slope but also to a vehicle outer skin which is directly visible from the outside.

SOLUTION: The cold-rolled steel sheet for the vehicle outer skin includes: a board-thickness equal thickness part having a constant board thickness; and the board-thickness slope in which the board thickness varies at least to one side. On a boundary between the board-thickness equal thickness part and the board-thickness slope, surfaces of the board-thickness equal thickness part and the board-thickness slope define an angle θ. When the steel sheet is bent in the curvature of an assumed vehicle-outer-skin panel component, the angle is set to a critical tilt angle θc or small where the boundary cannot be visible.
