<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the impact of radiation vignetting due to a grid, and prevent the occurrence of a situation in which it is not possible to carry out stereoscopic and diagnostic imaging properly due to the excessive impact of scattered radiation, in a radiographic imaging method and device in which stereoscopy is carried out using a grid. <P>SOLUTION: Thickness information of a subject M is acquired, and if the thickness information does not exceed a specified threshold, imaging is carried out using a grid 30 in one imaging direction among two imaging directions, and without using the grid 30 in the other imaging direction.
