A flashing with a base member for placing against a roof, a lower stack member connected to the base member, and an upper stack member with a gasket for forming a tight seal with a pipe, the upper stack member being detachably connected to the lower stack member. Because the upper stack member with the gasket is detachably connected to the lower stack member, when the gasket is so degraded that it should be replaced, the upper stack member with gasket are removed without removing or replacing the base member and lower stack member of the flashing. |
