HYDROSTATIC LINEAR GUIDE RAIL STRUCTURE

A hydrostatic linear guide rail structure which comprises a guide rail (1) and a moving part is disclosed. Several hydrostatic cavities (4) are located on the interface between the guide rail (1) and the moving part. The moving part is assembled by a slide block (2) and a pressure plate (3), both the slide block (2) and the pressure plate (3) are in contact with at least two surfaces of the guide rail (1), and at least one of the hydrostatic cavities (4) locates on each interface. The three pairs of the interfaces between the guide rail (1) and the hydrostatic cavities (4) are in parallel with each other. The guide rail, slide block and pressure plate of the structure have advantages of standard configurations and compact sizes, easy assembly and debugging, and lower cost. It is convenient to adjust the oil film and control the load distribution with the arrangement of the hydrostatic cavities.
