The block has a sensor whose one part is mechanically connected with a part of an actuator i.e. piezoelectric transducer. Open side of a cylindrical body i.e. sensor side housing portion (11b), is covered with an oscillating membrane, which is connected with a sensor element (11a). Opposite side of the body is connected with an actuator side housing portion (12b) in a form of another cylindrical body. Open side of the latter body is covered by another oscillating membrane that is connected with an actuator element (12a). An active element (13) is arranged between the bodies. The active element is formed as a unit for generating opposite effect, piezoelectric element, flexural-, longitudinal- and thickness transducer and surface transducer.
