Embodiments of the present invention relate to a method for processing context information of an LIPA PDN connection and a mobile management device. The method comprises: a source mobile management device migrating a UE served by the source mobile management device, and marking the UE to indicate that the UE is migrated due to load balancing; and the source mobile management device, according to the marked information, sending context information of an LIPA PDN connection of the UE to a target mobile management device to which the UE is migrated. The embodiments of the present invention can avoid the problem in the prior art that because another mobile management device to which a UE is migrated cannot acquire context information of a previously established LIPA PDN connection of the UE the another mobile management device cannot perform a service by using the previously established LIPA PDN connection, thereby improving the service reliability.
