<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tension clamp and a method for fastening by the tension clamp. <P>SOLUTION: The tension clamp 1 includes a fastening band 2 formed in a circular shape such that two ends 6, 7 come closer to each other and a fastening jig having a fastening screw 10 with a screw head and a securing part and a bonding screw mountain element 11 through which the fastening screw 10 can be threaded and constituted and arranged for connecting the two ends 6, 7 each other.
