<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion element and a photoelectric conversion module capable of effectively improving FF, a short circuit current value and an open voltage value. <P>SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion element is configured by fixing a translucent substrate and a support substrate by a sealing material and includes: a transparent conductive layer formed on the translucent substrate; a photoelectric conversion layer formed on the transparent conductive layer; an opposite-pole conductive layer arranged in contact with or separately from the support substrate; a photoelectric conversion layer side end electrode electrically connected to the transparent conductive layer; and an opposite-pole side end electrode electrically connected to the opposite-pole conductive layer.
