<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a noise increase and efficiency degaradation, in a blower device used for ventilation and air-conditioning equipment or the like, even when a diameter of a turbofan is increased without including a scroll casing in a limited space. <P>SOLUTION: In the blower device 1: in relation to the maximum axial width H1 and the minimum axial width H2 between a main plate 5 and a side plate 7 of the turbofan 3, H1>1.3×H2 is satisfied; in relation to a casing width W of a substantially rectangular casing 2 and a diameter D of the turbofan 3, W<1.3×D is satisfied; a guide member 14 is included substantially-vertical to a suction surface 11 so as to cross a rotation axis 9 and a discharge port 12 on a plane connecting substantially-vertical to the discharge port 12, further on the discharge port 12 side than an end of the discharge port 12 side of an orifice 10, between the discharge port 12 and the side plate 7 on the discharge port 12 side, in the suction surface 11; and in an axial width A of the guide member 14 with respect to a casing height H, H-H1≤A≤H1-H2 is satisfied. As a result, even when the diameter of the turbofan is increased, the effect is achieved which avoids the noise increase and the efficiency degradation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
