<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of preventing the occurrence of malfunction, while enhancing an interest of a jackpot game, and capable of simplifying constitution of a control means. <P>SOLUTION: A lottery of a jackpot is executed when a playing ball goes into a start-up port, and the jackpot game is executed when the jackpot is settled, as a result of the lottery of the jackpot. A status promotion winning port 27 is provided in an inside of the first jackpot port 11, and a promotion lottery is carried out when the playing ball gets into the status promotion winning port 27. A game state after finishing the jackpot game is set to a high probability game state, when a promotion-settled result is obtained by the promotion lottery.
