<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit breaker unit capable of, even if a leakage current component out of leakage current flowing through alternate current electric paths, facilities or the like increases, preventing unnecessary movement and adequately preventing an electrification accident or a leakage fire due to insufficient insulation of the alternate current electric paths, the facilities or the like by operation based on earth fault current flowing to the earth due to the insufficient insulation of the alternate current electric paths, the facilities or the like, and moreover to provide the circuit breaker unit capable of being used as conventionally depending on a user's operation condition by operation based on detection of the leakage current. <P>SOLUTION: The circuit breaker unit comprises tripping means for, when earth fault current detecting means detects earth fault current, acting on a contact point opening/closing mechanism disposed in the circuit breaker unit to open a contact point due to the earth fault current. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
