METHOD AND SERVER OF PROVIDING LOTTERY ITEM SERVICE IN ON-LINE GAME

PURPOSE: An item lottery service providing method of an online game and a server thereof are provided to encourage users to use unpopular items by stochastically supplying the unpopular items to the user. CONSTITUTION: An online game server receives a request from a user terminal(S120) to use a second lottery item. The online game server selects one or more first lottery items which can be won by using the second lottery item corresponding to the request(S130). The online game server determines one or more first lottery items as a winning item according to a predetermined lottery algorithm(S140). The online game server registers the determined first lottery item in a user item database(S150).
