SPECIAL ACID RESISTANT REFRACTORY BRICK AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF

A special acid resistant refractory brick is provided. The raw materials comprise 20-80wt% of mullite, 3-20wt% of a-Al2O3, 3-5wt% of composite material of sillimanite and andalusite, and additionally 3-5wt% of binding agent. A method for preparing the special acid resistant refractory brick is also provided. The method comprises: proportioning according to the raw material ratio, mulling, aging, molding the green brick, drying, sintering, holding the temperature and cooling. The acid resistant refractory brick has significantly improved bulk density, compressive strength, wear resistance and acid corrosion resistance, and has decreased porosity. The acid resistant refractory brick can be used in severe conditions, and can meet the industrial production requirements for fire resistance and acid resistance.
