<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform tone correction of an image with the correction distributed into correction using a luminance low frequency component and tone curve correction to obtain an image correction result with excellent brightness and contrast with a user's preference reflected therein. <P>SOLUTION: According to a target value calculated based on a luminance value of a face and a correction level set according to a user's operation input, correction amounts of both first tone correction processing using a low frequency component image of a luminance component image of a captured image and second tone correction processing based on tone curve correction are determined. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
