The endoscopic camera (5) is equipped with: a hard case (6) having a cylindrical shape wherein the leading end has been cut at an angle; a camera head (7) provided at the leading end of the hard case (6); a hemispherical cover (8) installed on the leading end of the hard case (6) and which covers at least a portion of the camera head (7); and a tilt motor (13) that rotates the camera head (7) centered on a tilt axis.
