Colored resin particles, each includes: a resin; and a colorant, wherein a value of average equivalent circle diameter A (μm) of the colored resin particles is 3≦̸A≦̸6, an average degree of circularity B of the colored resin particles satisfies the following expression (1), and 0.990−0.0083A≦̸B≦̸1.021−0.0117A  (1) a cumulative number frequency of particles which have degrees of circularity of less than 0.9 in the colored resin particles is 1% or less.
