RUBBER VIBRATION-DAMPING COMPOSITION, PRODUCTION METHOD THEREFOR, AND VULCANIZED PRODUCT THEREOF

This rubber vibration-damping composition has natural rubber or a blended rubber of natural rubber and a diene synthetic rubber as the main component, and comprises zinc monomethacrylate, a thiazole vulcanization accelerator, a thiuram vulcanization accelerator, a sulfur vulcanizing agent and carbon black. The degree of dispersion of the zinc monomethacrylate and carbon black is set to be in the range of 90 - 100%. Therefore, in addition to the characteristics of natural rubber of being inexpensive and having excellent damping properties, this rubber vibration-damping composition is able to improve the reduction in both spring characteristics and properties, which results from thermal load, and has excellent long-term resistance to thermal aging.
