FILM FORMULATION CONTAINING SILDENAFIL FREE BASE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a film containing sildenafil free base is provided to ensure flexibility and to obtain the film containing uniform sildenafil free base. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a film containing sildenafil free base comprises: a step of dispersing sildenafil free base having 5um or more of D10 and 80 um of D90 in a solution containing polymers, plasticizer, and 90 wt% of more of water to prepare a solution; and a step of drying the solution. The content of the polymers is 20-45 wt% based on total dried film. The content of the plasticizer and sildenafil is 4-20 wt% and 40-60 wt%, respectively.
