<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rigid foam having good properties by using hydrofluoroethers as a foaming agent. <P>SOLUTION: This rigid foam synthetic resin is produced by a continuous board molding method, wherein a polyol composition (P) and a polyisocyanate compound are reacted and foamed in the presence of a foaming agent, a foam stabilizer, and a catalyst, the polyol composition (P) including 5-99.998 mass% of polyol (A) and 0.002-30 mass% of a polymer particle and having an average number of hydroxy groups of 2-8 and an average hydroxyl value of 100-800 mgKOH/g. The foaming agent includes hydrofluoroethers represented by C<SB POS="POST">a</SB>H<SB POS="POST">c</SB>F<SB POS="POST">e</SB>-O-C<SB POS="POST">b</SB>H<SB POS="POST">d</SB>F<SB POS="POST">f</SB>, wherein a and b are each 1-5 and a+b is 2-6, c and d are each 0-10 and c+d≥1, e and f are each 0-10 and e+f≥2, and c+d<e+f. The polyol (A) is polyether polyol obtained by performing ring opening addition polymerization of an alkylene oxide using a Mannich condensate as an initiator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
