<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement display device capable of keeping motivation to perform measurement at fixed intervals in a blood sugar level measurement, and having a screen display by which it is easily known whether the measurement is performed on schedule, even if a number of measurement is large. <P>SOLUTION: A measurement display device 10 can set, in advance, a message composed of either one of characters, illustration, and photograph, or composed of a combination of them, as an initial screen of display expansion of a screen 12.
