<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a GM-CSF production inhibitor having an excellent effect for preventing and improving a rough surface symptom, an inflammation and an allergy symptom caused by a variety of skin diseases such as atopic dermatitis, contact dermatitis or the like, and in addition, the rough surface and a sensitive skin of a healthy person, to provide an atopic dermatitis curing agent of the atopic dermatitis or the like containing the GM-CSF production inhibitor as an effective component, food and cosmetics, and to provide a skin care composition for preventing and improving the rough surface. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided the GM-CSF production inhibitor with an extract of euphorbiaceae alchornea as an effective component, the atopic dermatitis curing agent blended with one or more kinds of the GM-CSF production inhibitors, the cosmetics, the food and the skin surgery agent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
