<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent overcharge of a secondary battery by a simple configuration without providing a special exclusive circuit for overcharge protection, etc. <P>SOLUTION: A control circuit 106 performs normal rotation drive of a second hand 114 at a needle handing interval of one second in a normal hand operation mode. When a voltage detection circuit 108 detects that voltage VD of a secondary battery 103 which is a power supply becomes an overcharge state equal to or more than a predetermined value, the control circuit 106 transits to an overcharge display mode, performs normal rotation hand operation drive and reverse rotation hand operation drive of the second hand 114 to perform time display by a time hand so that difference between a normal rotation hand operation drive amount and a reverse rotation hand operation drive amount at a hand operation interval becomes equal to a hand operation drive amount at a hand operation interval of the normal hand operation mode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
