<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a cup-shaped container with a closed-lid state retaining function capable of retaining a closed-lid state after opening part of a lid body by a simple and low-cost structure and by easy work. <P>SOLUTION: The cup-shaped container includes: a closed-end cup-shaped container body (2) with a flange (5) provided around the top edge; and a lid body (7) which includes a tab (8) projecting in the outer peripheral direction of the flange (5) and is coupled with the flange (5) for sealing the container body (2). The tab (8) is provided with a locking projection piece (10) formed by providing a slit (9) to the tab. The lid body (7) is set to be in the closed-lid state while being partly opened by placing a locked part (5b) provided at the tip of the flange (5) between the locking projection piece (10) and the tab (8) other than the locking projection piece (10). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
