<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a parameter relating to a drawing mode of three-dimensional map display to be intuitively and easily set and changed. <P>SOLUTION: A side view VW2 indicating a state of a perpendicular plane including a sight vector and a midair view VW3 indicating a state from above are displayed together with a three-dimensional map VW1. Icons indicating a gaze point VP, a viewpoint position CP, and a sight vector direction CD during three-dimensional display are displayed within the side view VW2 and the midair view VW3. When the icon VP is moved, the entire map is moved in parallel. When the icon CP is moved, zooming of the map is changed. When the icon CD is moved, the azimuth and elevation angle of the sight vector are changed.
