PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed matter production device which allows a user to determine presence/absence and ratio of advertisements to be printed on a print sheet.

SOLUTION: A printed matter production device 100 includes; a photographing part 2 for photographing a face and generating face image data; a resize part 21 for changing a data size of the face image data and generating face image data for print; a storage part 13 for storing advertisement data 17; a selection part 22 for taking out the advertisement data 17 from the storage part 13 on the basis of a burden charge of a user for a printed matter; a composition part 23 for determining print positions of a face image and an advertisement on the basis of the number of frames of the face image that the user needs and the burden charge, compositing the face image data for print and the advertisement data 17 and generating image data for print; and a printer 5 for printing the printed matter on the basis of the image data for print.
