<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quay crane preventing lift of travelling wheels of a travelling unit when an earthquake occurs, and improving earthquake-resistant capacity. <P>SOLUTION: In the quay crane 1 having the travelling unit 2 and a leg structure 3, the leg structure 3 includes a horizontal member 7 connecting a sea-side leg 32 and a land-side leg 33 to each other, a plurality of slider mechanisms 8 slidably arranged along the lower face of the horizontal member 7, and a sea-side swing leg 4 and a land-side swing leg 5 respectively arranged on the slider mechanisms 8.
