<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device for a heat exchanger that can reduce power consumption and prevent scale from adhering to a heat exchanger. <P>SOLUTION: The cooling device 10 cools heat exchangers 15a-15e incorporated in an outdoor unit during an operation of a cooler in which the outdoor unit and an indoor unit are combined.
