<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which can improve workability for changing a set value. <P>SOLUTION: A slot machine comprises a main control device 131 which integrally manages a game. Signals from a variety of sensors are inputted to the main control device 131. Then, the main control device 131 starts the rotation of each reel by driving a stepping motor 61 when a prescribed condition is satisfied. Meanwhile, the rotation of each reel is stopped by driving the stepping motor 61 once again when signals indicating that stop switches 72 to 74 are operated are inputted from the stop detection sensors 72a to 74a or when a prescribed time elapses. In such a constitution, a backup area 157 is formed at a RAM 153 of the main control device 131.
