PROSTHETIC APPARATUS UNIQUE TO EACH PATIENT, SYSTEM WITH THE PROSTHETIC APPARATUS, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF, AND JOINT REPAIR SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prosthetic apparatus unique to a patient, the apparatus enhancing an anatomical result of a joint repair treatment by providing a surface very similar to an inherent knee joint anatomical surface of the patient, and to provide a system with the prosthetic apparatus and a manufacturing method thereof.

SOLUTION: This invention relates to the prosthetic apparatus having upper and lower surfaces and used for prosthesis of a condyle of the femur of a patient's knee joint. The upper surface faces at least part of the surface of the condyle of the femur and has at least one planar surface out of a bone that is cut from the condyle of the femur. The lower surface faces at least part of a weight burdened portion on a shinbone and is matched with a protruding shape of the condyle of the femur of the patient's knee joint.
