SOLUTION: A document information recording device comprises: a movement history information obtaining means for obtaining movement history information indicating a plurality of times and positions corresponding to the plurality of times; a period specifying means for specifying a target period to be used for forming a document; a target period information extracting means for extracting target period information indicating a time belonging to the target period from the movement history information and a position corresponding to the time without extracting information associated with periods other than the target period from the movement history information; and a document information recording means that extracts document information for forming the document from the target period information so as to record the document information.
