摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acrylate fluoropolymer especially used for coating, in relation to the acrylate fluorocopolymer. <P>SOLUTION: A series of low-molecular weight, middle-molecular weight and high-molecular weight copolymer which include methyl methacrylate, n-buthyl acrylate, 2-hydroxy ethyl methacrylate and 2, 2, 2-trifluoro ethyl methacrylate are synthesized by a solution polymerization in monomer exhaustion conditions. The copolymer is crosslinked by methylated melamine formaldehyde resin to provide a heat-curable acrylate. According to the acrylate fluoropolymer, when fluorinated monomer in a copolymer composition has a high concentration, a lower humidifying ability, a higher oxygen permeability and a lower refractivity are observed and, because the number-averaged hydroxyl function value of the high-molecular weight copolymer is high, the crosslinking density of an acrylate film increases and, thereby, the tensile strength and the tensile elastic modulus are improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
