<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a blanked surface of a blanked product excellent by heating a loop blade and also appropriately ejecting the blanked product and blanked waste. <P>SOLUTION: Equipped with a blanking blade steel plate in which a plurality of flat pin holes are formed inside the loop blade, an ejecting unit 12 consisting of a flat spring pin 121 installed in each of the flat pin holes, and an ejecting board in an inner side 122, a heat source griddle 13 arranged in the back side of the blanking blade steel plate, a heat insulation board 14 arranged in the side opposite to the side in contact with the blanking blade steel plate of the heat source griddle 13 and with a ring shape grove formed in the side in contact with the heat source griddle steel plate, and a coil 15 for induction heating embedded in the ring shape groove, the blanking is executed while energizing the coil 15 for the induction heating. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
