<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow rate measurement device capable of successfully discriminating a gas appliance even when the gas appliance under use is the one of a fuel battery. <P>SOLUTION: A gas appliance discrimination part with which a flow rate measurement device is equipped compares an actual value of gas flow rate measured at a first measurement time interval with flow rate data for discrimination in a first discrimination target period until predetermined time passes after start of inflow of gas, compares an actual value measured at a second measurement time interval longer than the first measurement time interval with the flow rate data for discrimination in a second discrimination target period which terminates after termination of the first discrimination target period, and discriminates whether or not the gas appliance under use is the one of a fuel battery. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
