At startup time of an application (AP), a CPU #1 reads, from memory (101), app information (110) for executing the application (AP). The CPU #1 broadcasts the app information (110) for executing the application (AP) read from the memory (101) to CPUs #2 to #N. Each of the CPUs #2 to #N, on the basis of the app information (110), assesses whether or not the application (AP) can be executed. Each of the CPUs #2 to #N, in the case that the application (AP) can be executed, notifies the CPU #1 that the application (AP) can be executed. The CPU #1 assigns the application (AP) to the CPUs for which there has been a notification that the application (AP) could be executed.
