Provided is a called recovery method, including: a target Mobile Switching Centre (MSC) receives a Provide Roaming Number (PRN) message sent by a backup MSC corresponding to a failed MSC, with the PRN message carrying an indication for paging a Mobility Management Entity (MME); the target MSC performs International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) paging according to the indication for paging the MME, so that the MME to which the called terminal adheres controls the called terminal to perform Circuit Switched Fallback (CSFB) so as to complete the called connection. Correspondingly, also provided is a mobile switching centre and a called recovery system, which solve the problem that the terminal corresponding to the failed MSC under the MSC pool architecture is unable to perform CS domain called paging when adhering to the E-UTRAN, improving the paging reliability. |
