The device has supply unit (1) for supply of liquid fuel such as oil and supply unit (2) for supply of oxidizer such as air into evaporating chamber (3). A flow guide (4) is provided for transfer of mixture of liquid fuel and oxidizer in evaporating chamber. The main flow direction of resulting mixture in flow guide is set in non-parallel state with respect to main flow direction of liquid fuel into evaporating chamber.
