The apparatus has pressure vessels (10,12,14,16) which are provided with bulk material inlet openings (38), bulk material outlet openings (32) and drying devices respectively. The bulk material is introduced into drying devices using respective inlet openings. The pressure vessels are connected to a bulk material reservoir. The lower ends of each pressure vessel are tapered as funnel-shape. A mechanical conveyor is arranged at lower end of each pressure vessel, such that dried bulk material collected at lower end of pressure vessel is discharged using mechanical conveyor.
