A double-effect and a triple-effect first-type absorption heat pump with a recuperative heat-supplying terminal are disclosed. The double-effect first-type absorption heat pump with a recuperative heat-supplying terminal comprises a first generator (1), a second generator (2), a third generator (3), a first absorber (4), a second absorber (5), a first solution heat exchanger (10), a second solution heat exchanger (11), a third solution heat exchanger (12), a first solution pump (8), a second solution pump (9), a condenser (7), an evaporator (6), a first throttle valve (13), a second throttle valve (14) and a third throttle valve (15). The second absorber (5) is connected to the second solution pump (9), the third solution heat exchanger (11), the first absorber (4), the first solution pump (8), the second solution heat exchanger (11), the first solution heat exchanger (10) and the first generator (1) in turn. The first generator (1) is connected to the first solution heat exchanger (10), the second generator (2), the second solution heat exchanger (11), the third generator (3), the third solution heat exchanger (12) and the second absorber (5). The first generator (1) has a vapor passage connected to the second generator (2) and the third generator (3). The second generator (2) is connected to the condenser (7) through the first throttle valve (13). The third generator (3) is connected to the condenser (7) through the second throttle valve (14). The second generator has a vapor passage connected to the condenser (7). The third generator (3) has a vapor passage connected to the first generator (4). The condenser (7) is connected to the evaporator (6) through the third throttle valve (15). The evaporator (6) has a vapor passage connected to the second absorber (5).
