A vehicle seat heater (10) which is mounted to a vehicle seat (50), said vehicle seat heater having a base sheet (12) and a heater wire (14) provided in said base sheet (12). Said heater wire (14) is provided so as not to perpendicularly intersect a predicted crease line (R) in the base sheet (12). This minimizes the incidence of heater-wire (14) breakage due to repeated deformation of the vehicle seat heater (10).
