PURPOSE: A mobile discount coupon providing device and a method thereof are provided to enable a product supplier to issue a coupon in person by variously changing a coupon supplying method performed by a special agency. CONSTITUTION: A first discount coupon unit(110) downloads and stores a first mobile discount coupon registered by a product manufacturer. A second discount coupon unit(120) downloads and stores a second mobile discount coupon registered by a coupon supplying agency. When a product is purchased with the first mobile discount coupon or the second mobile discount coupon, the service provider(130) provides a discount service. The first discount coupon unit and the second discount coupon unit are placed in a mobile terminal.
