The discharge device (1) has a cup-shaped waste container (3) having an inlet (2). A trap (4) is fastened with cup-shaped waste container. The trap is provided with a drain port (400) which in inserted partially into an outlet pipe (30) of the cup-shaped waste container. The outlet pipe of cup-shaped waste container is provided with a peripheral section (31) in which a sealing unit (5) is accommodated. The sealing unit is in contact with the drain port of trap.
