<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozone generating apparatus capable of facilitating oxygen supply to a discharge space, and suppressing necessity of using a strong air-sending device. <P>SOLUTION: This ozone generating apparatus 1 includes dielectric plates 3, 5 facing mutually at an interval, a driving electrode 2 provided on the upper surface of the dielectric plate 3, a driving electrode 6 provided on the lower surface of the dielectric plate 5, and a driving voltage source 7 for applying a driving voltage between the driving electrode 2 and the driving electrode 6. A laminate formed by laminating the dielectric plate 3 and the driving electrode 2 is constituted so as to be able to vibrate flexibly in the lamination direction, and the driving voltage source 7 applies a driving voltage between the driving electrode 2 and the driving electrode 6 at a frequency having a secondary resonant mode of a natural frequency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
