<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of giving a cooling feeling to a user in an early stage even while carrying out natural convection type cooling in which the inside of a room is cooled by natural downward movement of cooled air around a heat exchanging part. <P>SOLUTION: The air conditioner is structured such that heat transfer tubes through which a heating medium is passed are arranged in parallel with one another to form a heat exchanging part 19, the heat exchanging part 19 is mounted on indoor equipment 8 in a state that it is exposed to the inside of a room, and a heat medium for heat absorption is made to pass through the heat transfer tubes, and thus, the natural convection type cooling operation for cooling an indoor space 11 is executed by natural downward movement of the cooled air generated around the heat exchanging part 19. A cooled air guiding surface 17 for guiding the cooled air produced by the cooling operation and moved downward to the side of an opposed region of the heat exchanging part 7 in the indoor space 11, is provided to the air conditioner. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
