The present invention relates to a dial recliner. The dial recliner includes: a holder having an inner teeth part on the outer surface thereof and a boss at the center thereof; a sector gear rolling within the holder through an outer teeth part coupled to the inner teeth part, wherein the sector gear includes a circular receiving part eccentrically disposed with respect to the boss on the outside; a brake spring coupled to the outer surface of the boss of the holder, wherein the brake spring includes a pair of protruding ends spaced from each other in the circumferential direction; a bearing inserted into the receiving part of the sector gear to eccentrically receive the boss therein; a cam including a central shaft inserted into the boss, an operating cam adjacent to the inner surface of the bearing, and a spring operating part disposed between the pair of protrusion ends; and a pair of clutch shoes disposed between the brake spring and the bearing and between the cam operating part and the protruding end of one side of the brake spring. Thus, the dial recliner may have a simple structure and a reduced number of parts. Specifically, movement of the clutch shoes may be prevented to prevent a sheet back from being gradually tilted by an external impact when the clutch shoes are mounted on a sheet.
