The arrangement (8) has a pulley (3) for retaining a drive belt (4) and arrangeable on a crankshaft (2) of a combustion engine (1) by a bearing. A clutch unit is provided for releasable torque transmission between the pulley and crankshaft. The clutch unit has a friction disk comprising a friction surface brought into connection with a counter surface that is connected with the pulley. The friction disk is formed as an anchor for electromagnets. The clutch unit has a clutch disk is attached to the crankshaft by a central screw. The clutch unit has a spring element made of elastomer.
