The brush has a main portion (2) on which bristle bundle and bundle holes (4) are provided. The bristle holes are provided with stepped variation in specific area. Grooves (5) are provided in the bundle holes in longitudinal direction of main portion. The groove is configured with a rectangular section with rounded cross-section at bottom region. Bundles holes are drilled using a drilling unit (7). An independent claim is included for device for manufacturing lath brush.
