PURPOSE: A membrane for regenerating alveolar bone is provided to enhance the success rate of an operation and to simplify the manufacture thereof. CONSTITUTION: A membrane for regenerating alveolar bone comprises a joint unit, a joint side unit(30), a joint top unit(40), a side bending unit(50), a side cover unit, and a bottom bending unit(70). The joint unit forms a center hole through which an implant insert passes. The joint side unit is protruded from the side edge of the joint unit. The joint top unit is arranged in the upper end of the joint unit. The side bending unit is bent downward from the joint unit. The side cover unit is protruded from both edges of the side bending unit. The bottom bending unit is formed in the bottom of the side bending unit.
