Double closure for double-chamber differential pressure measurement device, the flow measuring device comprising an axial conduit (2) in which there is a plate (3), provided with a hole (4), which may be removed to an accessory chamber (6) in communication with the axial conduit (2) via a passage (5), there being, in relation to said passage (5), a closure formed by two wedges (8) and (9) that may be moved independently between a position that does not interfere with said passage (5) and a position in which they interrupt said passage, such that said wedges (8) and (9) allow establishment of a hermetic closure between the axial conduit (2) and the accessory chamber (6), for the purpose of removal of the plate (3) to the exterior without interruption of the flow of fluid through the axial conduit (2).
